During high school I had a P.E (physical education) teacher, a man close to 60 years old, had been a teacher at that school his entire life, I have to mention this was a girls only school. He was a person who loved his job and made an effort to teach, making volleyball, basketball and soccer courses for after class and etc... I was one of his students and I participated in the volleyball class, I was absolutely in all the classes from beginig to the very end, during one of the classes we happen to get more girls wanting to join the volleyball team and so, we got this one gal, she used to be supremely disrespectful and did not respect the fact that for logical reasons, one could not wear a skirt (the school uniform we had) to physical education classes.

I remember one time when she came to class wearing a skirt again, to which the teacher told her that she should change her uniform, she asked "why?" and here, the first thing she saw as "sexual harassment" appears, my teacher said "people could see your panties", She didn't say anything and continued in class wearing the skirt. The second situation was when this girl was doing practice exercises to receive the ball when playing volleyball, she was not lowering her hips in the correct position, so the teacher told, (this time as a more general thing for everyone) "You all must lower your butts when receiving the ball".

A couple of weeks pass, the teacher is contacted by the school administration, they inform him that the investigation police are reviewing the case against him, a case raised by a student, who claimed to have received (literally it was what she said ) "sexual insinuations" from him, the document had the two instances of him saying something to her in a similar way as I described but cant remember the exact words, so he could no longer attend school during the time of the investigation, my teacher was soon to retire, and his last years of career were hell due to a disrespectful little girl who tought was being sexually harassed. The teacher was very close to me and the volleyball team since we had been playing under his command for years so he told us about this and we were destroyed, the soccer, volleyball, and basketball courses had to be cancelled, many girls were left without these benefits and they also stopped giving money from the school to fund and continue them with other teachers and buy materials, we even lost the cup we were winning as school for about 20 years in a row for this, the thing became known throughout the school, the other girls gave all their support to the girl who had reported it, talking about how this teacher was a shitty person and etc... even other teachers turned against him. The only people who testified in his favor were me and 2 other girls from the volleyball team who were present on the days where the events occurred. I lost contact with my teacher so I no longer know what happened after the year and half he was fighting with this situation, but it sure did ruin his reputation and he suffered a lot with his family

I also wanted to mention that I used to be feminist (libfem maybe?), I am a woman, I have also suffered harassment and sexual abuse so because of that I would believe in those girls who came out to tell their experiences and be like "I believe you everything without questions", but this situation opened my eyes and now I cant help but question every accusation I see, as it should be with all these cases.
