More than you'd think. I dated a chick like this and it was some of the most fun I've ever had because I'm a sadist at heart. Some tips:

1) Video record all sex. To quote TuPac 'It's a bunch of real G's doing time cuz a groupie bent the truth and told a lie...

2) Make sure you get her consent on tape.

3) Use a safe word. Something she comes up with that is easy to remember.

This is called BDSM. It's perfectly normal and surprisingly commonplace.

Spend a few hours some evening reading the BDSM 101 type sites and blog posts and get a sense for what people are into and a little bit of the jargon and whatnot, and especially read up on "consensual non-consent" which is just a fancy way of describing what you do when someone actually wants to consent to "nonconsensual" activities like rape or abuse fantasies and whatnot.

Once you feel like you have your head around it bring it up with her and figure out where the boundaries are (like create a safe word, basic shit) and then have fun fucking and slapping the shit out of her.

I'm not really an enthusiast for BDSM, I don't really seek it out or think it's better than any other kind of sex, but I'm open minded and have experimented with it because of women I've met that are into it. It can be a lot of fun, and doesn't have to be all weird with leather masks and shit, it can be whatever you want it to be.

If you're not wired to enjoy receiving pain and abuse (I sure as hell am not) then it can take a while to get your head around the idea of doing that to someone else. But with a little practice you can come to understand what you're doing is giving them pleasure, just another version of what sex is always about, which is giving each other pleasure.

Some people in the BDSM community (where the lines of consent are often very fuzzy) sign contracts beforehand that outline exactly what's okay and what isn't.

At the very least, hold onto any texts from her that express a desire to be hit during sex.

No matter how much she asks, don't close your hand and punch her. Most people only ever see a punch in the movies. They have no real-world idea with exactly how much trauma can be caused by a blow to the head. Don't hit her open-handed as hard as you can, either. When it comes down to the wire it's you taking the risks, not her. She could end up sore but you could end up in jail.

I would really lean toward the contract. Have her write it herself in her own handwriting. Maybe even make a video of her doing it.

Or just tell her to get some therapy. But that shit rarely works anyway because people dump their therapist the minute they suggest some hard work and honest self-evaluation.

If you're going to keep seeing her, try to record some evidence that she's the one that's into it. Try to get hidden camera footage of the two of you discussing it and make it clear that you're not really into it but that you're willing to act the part if that's what she wants. It's not an uncommon fetish for women to have, but in the case that she goes crazy and wants revenge on you, she could easily say that you abused her and show people the marks.

Also you can express your physical dominance and violence in a way that doesn't actually injure or mark her. You could throw her around and pin her down etc. That would probably be enough to satisfy her fetish without making you feel grossed out by what you're doing
