Get some virgin friends who like to have fun and are ok with their virginity status. You'll probably find them in anxiety groups. Seriously, it will help improve your self esteem and happiness, and when you realise some of them don't pressure themselves to have sex, your own pressure to have sex will probably reduce and you will be more content with being a virgin. When that happens, well firstly you will have a better life, and secondly, you'll be more relaxed about the possibility of sex and girls may be more likely to sleep with you because of that. Obviously you'll still need to talk to girls and take initiative but it will be done from a relaxed place.

Having sex isn't some magically thing that once it happens your life will be forever changed. You need to get some professional help if you really do want to change course.

Hey man don't worry, I didn't lose mine till a couple months ago. 23years old. But what changed for me was that I STOPPED FOCUSING on the fact that o was a virgin! I focused on becoming a better version of me and that in itself helped me become more attractive with better values. Read No more Mr nice guy. Didn't completely change my life but it made be realize alot about myself. Btw having sex didn't change my life at all and looking back at it now, the fact that i had put so much pressure on myself for being a virgin is hilarious and is actually what probably kept me from losing it.

Listen up bud. Sex is not the end-game. It feels good but it's not something you should revolve your life around. Work on yourself. Hit the gym and get fit, do some research on style and clothing to freshen up your wardrobe, focus on your career, pick up some new hobbies. Become the best YOU that you can be. Accept yourself and be comfortable in your own skin and the sex will come to you, it's that simple.

27, kissless virgin.
What has helped me are therapy with a professional psychiatrist and taking antidepressants. It hasn't improved my success with women but at least it doesn't depress me as much now and I don't have suicidal thoughts anymore.
