Game discussion on TRP are always 10000x better than the ones in /r/Seduction. Guys here "get it". The advice is way more solid. People here are actually sticking their cocks into a vagina. Removing game talk from here seems to be really detrimental as "game" and "pua" is where RP was born from. It's like setting up a sub to talk about math, but you don't allow math questions. Only abstract theories about math.

I think we are being forced to confront the reality that the mission of TRP is naturally expanding into our area of greatest need.

Karen Straughan has spoken about how one of the biggest deficits that young men feel in our culture is the lack of a positive male identity. In a culture that has lost all respect and care for men, there is no clear way forward other than what we figure out for ourselves, with no help from our society.

TRP started out as "how do I get laid?", an important question, because sex is one of the most fundamental components of happiness for men, and it's one of the hardest obstacles for modern men.

But at some point, we began to be able to answer that question, and we naturally started asking, "okay, so what now?".

Male happiness doesn't consist solely of getting inside as many vaginas as possible. I mean, that's great, but it's not enough. There are other things we need.

And so we naturally started talking about theory. How do men and women interact? How do societies deal with masculinity as a part of their plan? What exactly is it we need besides a lot of pussy? What should we as individuals do in this society, right now, to not only get laid, but to lead happy, fulfilled lives?

Seduction technique will always have a place here. Sex is a critical parts of men's needs. But as we learn more, we will understand other things. Missions evolve when greater understanding reveals previously unseen possibilities. And that is as it should be.

I wasn't so sure about the thank trp sub, but it seems to be taking a good shape.

What about the weekly FR mega thread we used to have every Monday? I really liked that one, and I would vouch to bring it back.

Finally some of the top posts of the sub are worthy of being on the side bar, like the "She doesn't love you" post.

PS: Also we should address AWALT more heavily, it seems that this concept is too alien for most of the new members, and I've seen A LOT of people rationalising it, with out even fully understanding it.

I really hope a lot of the "hate posts" ("Women suck/are dumb/etc") will also be removed. I do not view this as a place to put down women but where we can improve ourselves.

Now I've never been on /r/seduction. TRP was the first subreddit I've visited, ever, and it opened my eyes to everything. Now I was under the impression that /r/seduction is more BP than RP. Am I wrong in that impression? Would creating a TRP seduction subreddit not be better. Enlighten me.

What bugs me are the posts that are just "Some feminists said this or are outraged about that". If you are on TRP you do not pay any more attention to what feminists say or their hypocrisy. I see this subreddit as much more than an anti-feminist club.

Do we want to be like atheists who complain about Westboro Baptists all day or conservative 50 year old women complaining about Obama all day? Or socialists complaining about nazis all day? Or the chump complaining about his boss?

Are we not allowed to post things discussing the specifics of game? If so, I think that's a bad idea. It's one thing to disallow repetitive posts that ask what to do for every shit test but I think deleting all posts that discuss the specifics of game is a bad idea. I don't see how you can not allow discussions on the specifics of navigating male-female relationships when this sub is almost entirely about the differences in gender and how to navigate it.

Beyond that, Seddit is terrible. It's filled with blue pill nice guy advice. And almost all of the most popular blogs that TRP points to discuss game tactics.

Are we not allowing a post like this, I won in family court! Here's how, because it discusses specific tactics?

I agree with all of this, except for the issue of "game". While I personally am not looking for game advice, I would imagine that most of this sub, being mainly HS and college aged, is generally going to have those questions and want to talk tactics. Sending them to seddit is counterproductive; it is generally a shit hole where people parrot what "this guru" said or that guru said rather than what works. Basically, it's like r/bodybuilding refusing to talk about general fitness, saying if you want that, then go to r/fitness where you will be drowned out by morons. Meanwhile the poster is thinking, well, I wanted the advice from bodybuilders, not from general fitness e-experts, so that's why I'm asking here.

I think as long as the poster is open to discussing why the tactics work and how that involves (or explores) TRP theory, then why shouldn't he ask his game questions. Game is pointless anyway unless the recipient of said knowledge knows what to do with it (aka has a RP slant already). I would say that to discuss game in a way that is useful for a noobie, you do need a RP slant. And when I see articles on seddit about how to trick out your apartment to make it cooler / more attractive to get women to spend the night in comfort, or how to gamify the process, making it some gay little RPG where you do 2 approaches per day and post on reddit about it when you finally get a number-close... I realize that many of these guys who have memorized Mystery Method have not internalized the inherent RP message in the old school PU gurus.

So basically, RP is, for better or worse, the only non-shitty place on the internet to discuss game. It's frustrating because it's a contradiction - alphas don't sit around and discuss game. Most probably went OUT into the world and put themselves into enough social interactions to develop competency and confidence with flirting / sexual communication. The best thing you can do for your game is to get off this notion that you can find answers on the internet, and go work on your SMV by day and approach women by night (and day). So I agree with the overall notion of TRP needing to evolve beyond "game", but I think for now it just doesn't make sense to have it shunted off to seddit.

Excellent. It's good to see the mods are doing their job and attempting to steer the subreddit in a proper direction. My only issue again as other people said is with the game issue. r/seduction was alright when I first join a year ago but since has become terrible. The sidebar is alright but asking people there is actually quite a terrible idea.

Redpill is as well becoming diluted with the addition of so many new members. I know other people may think this is extreme but I think it would be beneficial to have some mandatory reading before posting if possible. Comments whatever but seeing half the posts on the front page being complaints is annoying and personally I think this lengthens the anger time some men go through.

I very much enjoy the youtube links and such that are sometimes posted as "here you go men, an RP song for you", or links that supply one with relevant books in PDF, and so on.

Just wondering if there might one day be a tag such as "Redpill Media" or similar, so those types of posts can be searched for and reviewed in bulk?
