I actually did schema therapy before I got into pickup - I never thought that it could be really great for guys struggling with pickup, but It makes sense.

Echkart Tolle calls the "Dark Passenger" the Pain Body. They're talking about the same thing. I would strongly recommend people read The Power of Now to understand the pain body better. This topic is only one of many in the book, but it ties in with everything else the book discusses.

You absolutely can learn to attract women. It's just like any new skill you may want to develop you need to take a hollistic approach to learning it. Study then apply and learn from your interactions. Then if you still aren't getting it hang around people that do get it.

Anybody that isn't disabled in some way can get better with women.

If you can get better you can keep getting better and eventually get good at it. I'm living proof of this.

I will it admit it does take work and is a numbers game, so location matters.

How about pickup techniques for a therapist- how to get a good therapist. And I mean like a protocol, because the person looking for a therapist, me, is desperate and doesn’t know how to do better or take care of himself, and has no certain criteria.

I don't usually watch videos like these but this was pretty good.

It's immensely important to get your shit together and whenever I see dudes with terrible self esteem and a myriad of problems that are glaringly obvious all I can think is "Why are you thinking about women? You're fucked up, fam. Fix yourself."

This is really important and more guys should take a step back, neglect their penis for some time so they can actually build a baseline that isn't broken glass.
