Are there any SOBER pickup-ers?

Of course. I haven't drank in two years and I still do pickup. But the routine is different. When I used to drink I would meet and do one night stands if I could. Now I get the number and agree to meet when they're sober because I don't want to take advantage. But it still works.

Sometimes I drink non-alcoholic beer. Most bars stock it and the bottle looks like genuine alcohol anyway.

I'm here because I suck at the 'pickup' bit - but I have been going to clubs pretty much sober recently.

(Partly through driving - booze doesn't give me the confidence it does for others so doesn't bother me missing out so much.)

Been finding I can still have a decent night regardless, despite being at generally 'rave' style clubs until 3/4am generally.

Its even easier. I also never drink. When they are drunk and you are sober, its almost as you're cheating.

I do go out without drinking.

Takes a few weeks to get used to.

Do the same as to when you do drink (taking a lot of action and opening people) and replace that booze-courage with real determination.

I have 2 drinks max in a span of 5 hours if ever I decide to drink. Girls don’t give af.

The only problem you’ll run into is if you buy the girl a drink. You can prolly order a redbull or a ginger ale. Maybe a coke

Edit: remember to tip the bartender if all you’re getting is water. I asked for water about 5 times in a night and I started getting looks from the bartender lol

You can order just a 7up or something and no one will care.
