Again with conflating "introvert" with "shy"... Nothing against the content of your post, but it bothers me that "introvert" is misused as a fancy word for "shy", and that's just not what "introverted" means.

I would like to add something for introverts as well.

The brain is engineered to focus on threats above anything else. You may not notice it, but your introversion in public may be linked to your brain identifying threats and taking your attention away from your goals.

Train yourself to recognize when you’re focusing on threats instead of just being yourself.

PS If you identify with your ability to focus on threats, it’s time for a re-vamp of your character.

Not sure which point this fits under but it has been a realization of mine which is helping chip away at 28 years of low social interaction due to anxiety and resulting introversion.

Yo real talk. This is legit good advice for newbies.

#4 is fucking essential to getting super consistent good results super fast.

Like some guys I know have been trying to learn game without some kind of structure for years and they still suck. Like in it for 5 years and maybe 3 lays sort of suck. But the guys who have some kind of pickup structure, whether it has a full script, or just waypoints of physically escalations are the ones who started getting good results in under a year.

My only thing is, OP - you title your posts here like a blog that has SEO optimized and clickbait optimized. It feels like an ad even though the content is legit. So you get people who start off wanting to shit on you instead of coming here to see if they can learn something. The titles here should feel like you're addressing your friends and helping them with some life advice instead.

Like I would've titled this 'Things I've learned as a shy guy meeting women'
