Wise advice given to me by my best friend's mother (!!) who knew I was struggling with a girl at the time:

"All girls end up looking like their mothers. No matter how cute or nice or thin she seems now, she will eventually turn into her mother."

She told me this because the girl in question had a morbidly obese, alcoholic mother. And guess what? That cute, thin girl I had oneitis for went away to college, got plowed by 100 guys, and now drinks like a she's in a desert and gained a solid 50+ lbs. I'm very lucky my buddy's mom was so red pilled, I very nearly killed myself over that girl. She gave me better advice about women than my own mother ever did...

Look at how quickly her looks are changing. How much worse does she look today compared to how she looked 2, 3, 4, 5 years ago. The slower she is aging the better, since odds are that pattern will continue.

Some girls you will see the bottom fall out when they hit their early to mid 20s, while some women stay very hot into their 30s, sometimes longer.

There's some big no nos like tanning, smoking, excessive drinking.

You want someone neat - who takes care of her hair, make up, uses lots of lotion. This becomes super important later.

You want someone with self discipline and the ability to delay gratification. It will take dieting and exercise to stay good looking. If she does not have a perfectly slim and toned body now, she will put on the pounds later. It only gets harder as they get older.

Bottom line, you want a hard worker who really cares about her looks. A pretty face that has 10 pounds too much and hair is lush but not super neat, she'll look crap once she's in her mid 30s with 2 kids. The girl with the 7 face who worked her ass off to get that killer bod and spent an hour making beach curls in her hair so she ends up an 8.5, she's going to look good well into her 40s.

Also, botox early. She needs to begin before wrinkles show - it doesn't remove wrinkles, it just prevents them from getting worse.

It's a combination of genetics and lifestyle. Look up her mom on facebook (you'd be surprised how scary accurate this can be). Leading a risky lifestyle and eating like shit will obviously have a detrimental effect.

Well the double wam is if her mother's a mess for no good reason, indicating bad genetics, and the daughter doesn't take care of herself.

I wrote a reply to a thread asking why women seem to let their bodies rot after marriage and I think it applies here as well.

"I see three reasons for this.

1) Women in general just don't age as well due to genetics and the modern western diet. Most female jobs are also sedentary so they stop any exercise they were doing in college and submit to a lazy desk job life. Many get married due to pregnancy or have kids in their first marriage and lose shape and looks after the pregnancy.

2) They also lose their looks because the initial comfort of marriage soon leads to complacency which lead to laziness. "I have a man who has power/money/etc and he will take care of me. He will love me no matter what I look like. I can stop trying."

3) Many women quickly grow unhappy in their marriage (there are many reasons for this discussed in depth on trp) and while it would seem logical to shape up and look for a better mate. Their initial reaction is depression. They might want to seek other men but the desire to be depressed and lazy and sorry for ones self is an even stronger force. Many go through a second phase after the depressed stage where they focus on their looks and the guy thinks it's for him but it's really so she can start branch swinging."

I'm going to add a #4 that I've seen often. Women don't long term plan as well as men. They seek shortcuts and that often means drugs. Depressed? cocaine! Bored? Pot! Getting fat? Meth! The solipsism is hilarious as well. Ask anyone of these users and they love to spout off that they are in complete control. Sure.
