You seem to have a massive self confidence issue. Women can pick up on guys who lack confidence incredibly easily. You should do some things that help build your self confidence and then go from there. Of course girls want you to make the first move.

I think the best thing you can do for yourself is accept your feelings.

YES you're nervous. YES you might go all shaky and limp-dicked, perhaps literally.

And that's totally okay. Lots of guys go through this. If you're totally inexperienced, it's even to be expected.

Accept these feelings. Soldier through them as hard as you can, without hesitation. And if she has to ask what's wrong, you just tell her straight up.

She's cute and it makes you nervous, because you've never done anything like this before.

When it's just you and her, honest vulnerability about something normal like this will not get you rejected by anyone worth sleeping with.

Sorry for getting graphic but I remember always needing to take a huge dump my first few times escalating because of nerves. If you're doing something that you perceive even subconsciously as a social risk then your body will take notice because in the ancestral environment exile was basically death. I hate to disappoint but the only way to cut down this response is exposure.

Only thing that can fix it is experience. Other than that, having good intentions and staying in the moment can get rid of anxiety.

The anxiety comes from you secretly wanting something from her aka you are hiding the fact that you are attracted to her, so by ensuring you have no ill-intention will make you feel a bit more natural.

You need to realize this is all natural, at some point in your life, you came to the conclusion that these feelings are negative. They are not, it's all a part of sex and the experience, the nerves and the knots make it fun. Do you think it would be more fun if you felt nothing? no, it would shit. There's nothing wrong with you, embrace those emotions. It's the same reason people snowboard, skydive and watch horror films.
