Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they're a useful tool, but they just feel as cold sterile as a Facebook or Snapchat or Instagram. Prior to this pandemic, I had very limited dating experiences and no sexual experience, and I'm a 24 year old man.

I experimented with dating apps and could not help but think it was like applying to 500 jobs waiting to get an interview with 3 of them and then later a rejection. Why look online when they're plenty of women to meet in public, whether it's socially acceptable or not? Why accept the new normal? I don't think it's normal at all.
