Woman here. If you're getting come hither signals you don't need any line. If you're getting signals like that you're already wanted. You dont need to struggle to think about something to impress when they're already impressed. Just go say hi and have a conversation.

And to answer your question yes, if you don't approach after signaled interest that's considered a rejection to the woman. In dating for both, if you sent energy out and don't get it back then you're supposed to move along.

So, I feel for you. I really do. It can be really intimidating being in that situation. As a woman, if I put myself out there to see if a guy was interested enough to talk to me and got radio silence... I would feel very discouraged. And if I saw him again I would feel really embarrassed that I put myself out there and ended up feeling stupid. I would probably intentionally go at different times to avoid feeling that way again.

Now I am not this specific woman, so I'm just guessing based on my own personal experience. But, I don't think you screwed your chances. If you see her, go talk to her. Don't beat yourself up over it. You already know she was interested enough to try and send signals. That's a win!

Try going at a different time, I hope you find her. Just like with spiders, "they are just as scared of you as you are of them" kinda evens out the playing field.

Not really. I mean you don't need any lines. She expected you to open your mouth and introduce yourself so you two can start a conversation. She gave you several opportunities, probably more than hot girls usually do but you didn't do anything so she realized you don't have the confidence and lost interest.

You also sound like your WAY too much in your head. I've heard meditating can help you out of your head and be more present but I have no personal experience.

See it like a time-frame. Once that frame closes it's way harder. The goal is not to miss that time-frame.

She made it VERY obvious (honestly, I'm jealous af haha). You don't need any killer lines, etc as it's more important HOW you say something and not what you say that much...

I had the same frustration and something that helped me was to always think about the shitty feeling you had after missing a time-frame and if you want that again, after that just start walking towards her direction. I had a standard line like "Hi, I know this is weird but I just saw you and had to say hi, I'm X (hand shake)". And then just talk about what pops into your mind at given time. For example about her Max Weight doing deadlifts or if she does it to get her EX jealous (smile a bit so she realizes you're joking). Just have fun with it. This will show that you're care-free and confident.

Meditation helps a lot for getting out of your head.

They don't expect you to be whitty off the bat. They do not expect any kind of "conversational abilities" or whatever and do not think any more or less of you whether or not you have them. What screws guys over in this whole thing is attempting to be smoothe. Its so dumb.

They also don't expect you to approach at all. Most guys simply do not. If you think she is giving you "signals" she may or may not be checking you out. From your perspective, it does not matter though. Your job should be to walk over there and find out.

If you are nervous, simply admit that you are nervous. Its completely fine and if she WAS actually checking you out it does not matter all that much. She will definitely still be into it if she is checking you out and available.
