First of all, you are in college already, you are an adult. You need to stop using language like “confess” “crush”… and stuff like that.

When you tell a girl you are into her that’s called “hitting on her”. Not “confessing” as if you were revealing some secret that had to be withhold from her until it couldn’t be a secret anymore.

Hitting on a woman is not revealing a secret that had to be hidden, it is an obligatory thing that you need to normalise to start things with any girl ever.

It’s the first thing that the girl must know that you are hitting on her from day one, and it’s not supposed to be a big deal at all to do that. That is why it’s ridiculous to refer to it as “confessing” because when you use the term confessing communicates that this is some huge step or some big reveal that will change everything, like it’s the big moment of truth.

And it’s not, it’s the bare minimum step that initiates everything, and you are not doing yourself any favour by acting like this is a vulnerable moment where your heart will get crushed into a million pieces of she says she is into it.

This is why i said before that you enes to start realising that you are an adult, because if you still have that “kid” mentality of “oh my god, i like this girl, but what if she doesn’t, i must first get her comfortable with me, and then reveal my intentions”… Then you are either gonna get friendzoned all the time, or be treated by women as a kid, not at as man. And women don’t like kids.

There is also not “long game” the way you think. Your diploma is false because it suggests that you either must keep things secret until you are sure she likes you to revela that you like her or that you must tell her now that you like her and are hoping she feels the same way, and both of this extremes are not how any of this works.

When you hit on a girl it must be clear that you are attracted to her, but you are not sold on her, and neither is she. At most she could be open to the idea to go on a date without being fully sold.

Which is why expecting her to say the word i like you is counterproductive at this stage. Because it suggests that you have serious feelings for the other person, which no one has without being in romantic dates first.

You are hitting on her, asking her out, and that’s it, going on a date, and see if you can kiss her on a date. That’s not a confession or huge step that’s nothing, that’s the bare minimum. It’s only a big deal for 13 year old boys, not for adults.

But if you still see dating the same way you did when you were 13 which is shown by using language like “confessing”, “my crush”, “the one”, “declaring my love”, and shit like that, then you need to man up a lot because women your age expect you to “get” how all of this works by now, and you seem slow if you still use wording like that. It basically communicates you are a virgin.

Just ask her out, but it's sad nature of women that they kind of start to loose interest if you confess to them how you feel, it needs to be more of a challenge to them.

What is it with young men these days avoiding the act of expressing how much you wanna bang a hot girl? Do you all think she's stupid? If she's hot, she's used to men lusting after her. Just accept that part of yourself, don't make efforts of hiding it, and then talk to her. Flirt with her in appropriate times. Merely talk to her in circumstances requiring more tact. But don't hide that aspect of you that wants to bend her over and fuck her.

always be subtle at first. play your game. I know you don't have much time but you told me you still chit chat with her sometimes. That's good. Attempt to send a flirtatious message in which you show a bit of interest and see how she reacts. If she's down, keep it up and then you will have to make little effort to go on a date with her.
