Depends - where are you from? Do you speak French?

If you are American and speak only English, I would go to American/Canadian/Irish bars and try to meet girls there.

That said, your best bet is probably other travelers - meet girls in hostels and go out with them.

French girls are pretty open and many of them speak English. Just approach them how you would an American girl and enjoy how much easier it is.

So , If you wanna have fun and pick up girls I advise you to go in clubs and bars like in America , you tchat with all girls you can and if you get in feeling with some girl you try to know if theres an after party ( usually there's ) or you can pick her up to your hotel if you think its possible , it's up to you . I think it wont be a problem to talk in english , and its always cool to speak 2,3 words of french cause american accent can gets girls in the mood .Also try to stay in center town when theres the most activity and if you dont really know where to go to meet peoples just ask random peoples in the street what are the trendy place to go ( I can't be more specific , i'm not from Paris ). Most of all , enjoy your trip mate

Well of course ask them first when you approach them whether they speak English or not, if no try using shitty sign language to convey what you're trying to say e.g. "you're cute come get coffee with me" learn to say cute/pretty/beautiful in french and just mime the rest.
