Silver bullet divorce. Make the accusation, the court will assume you're a danger to your wife and kid. You might prevail defending it later, but you are now already on the path to being the bad man. Record every interaction, have a friendly witness. Don't be alone with her or her friends/witnesses. Know that the bar for being accused of DV is very very low, and doesn't necessarily involve actual contact or a threat. And by god if she says "I want you dead" take that gift, because you would be in cuffs.

Mine hasn't yet but she has in mediation and laughed at her zero evidence never touched her, tried to claim in mediation I don't get legal or any physical custody because I was verbally abusive. Again laughed at her.

She will prob bring it up in trial if we have one would be my guess.

No. But it is brought up as a way to manipulate the other party. My X had a long list of things she thought she could file and use against me. But never did, and I’m guessing bc there is no evidence of any of it.

It's part of the woman's divorce playbook. 70% of DV claims are false, and women are not prosecuted for lying about it.
