The first part of this sounds like buyer's remorse. As you say, you two are grown and had messy car/public sex in your thirties. That's no knock. It's a story. But sometimes it's hard to segue out of that story to a more palatable kind of story where you guys are seeing each other again (never mind on a regular basis). What is she supposed to tell her friends? Or herself? And anyway, for all we know, she just wanted a crazy story.

But now, it sounds like you're moving in to being just validation guy. I rarely use the words "good morning" with any woman, but I'm certainly not with a woman I've only met once and who is now being flaky. You need to stop feeding the beast. She's not your GF. She's not even a regular FWB. So why are you talking with her all the time if you're not meeting? For instance:

Bad frame. Instead, the frame should've been you asking when she was going to make it up to you. And if she was still giving me the runaround, I would simply move on and stop responding. So overall this phone call was pointless and probably even set you back.

If a girl really likes you she'll make things easy for you, there's definitely a chance she's talking to other guys considering you met on Tinder. You should be going out with other girls and not put all your eggs in one basket since you sound very invested after only meeting with her once. Honestly you're getting too attached too soon. You are not the first dude she's ever went on a date with, single women usually have a number of guys interested in her.
