Reality check here is posting anything on social media is no good. Your ex has been probably telling people for months if not years lies to make you look bad and the minute you have a rant, it will validate what she has said even if it is not true. It's a tough pill to swallow but the court of social opinion will always favor the newly divorced mom with kids even if she is a cheater.

That being said, the unsatisfying path is to ignore her, get off social media and just focus on yourself. I took a pretty long hiatus and it was mentally helpful not to see that garbage everyday. Even now, I'll simply post fun pics of adventures or my kids and keep it clean. It's been 2 years for me BUT taking the high road has slowly paid off and even some of the exes extended family reach out and are helpful and even the school hubbies of friends of the ex greet me respectfully. That's the key man, it sucks short term but it will pay off long term.

Write it all, then promptly delete it or put it in a secured folder. Revisit in a few years and decide.

If you post it on your non anonymous social media you will come off looking like a weirdo.

I found all I had to do was be the guy I want to be and you’ll get all the respect from the community you crave.

Setting the record straight in the court of public opinion is just not a good use of your time. Posting it in this group could be therapeutic.
