The not paying money is the best you have. Judges typically don't care about the other stuff and wont' want to waste time, but if you're already there on something they do care about, they might take of it at the same time as they're already spending time

Divorce agreement aren't just contracts, they're orders of the court. So the strongest method to enforce them is through the court's contempt powers. For the money, provided the agreement is clear and the expenses are legit and documented, you shouldn't have a problem with that claim. As for the meeting of significant others - yeah, it's wishy washy but if you're going into court on the money issue, no harm in bringing that one up also.

Frankly, if the financial claim is solid and you haven't gone in before, I'd go in fast and hard with little or no notice on both issues. This will put you on the offensive and set the tone for the rest of the relationship - even if you lose on the meeting significant other claim - you'll inconvenience her and let her know you'll kick her everytime she breaches.

Family court doesn't give a flying fuck about those cutesy little clauses in parenting plan, all she has to do is say she's been dating him 6 months

The court doesn’t give a shit if she’s a shitty parent man. Best you can do is show them the moral and proper way to live and become a role model for them. I’m in the same position, trust me the courts don’t care. My daughter is four and already sees the difference, she stays with me more now because my place is more consistent. I know it’s a shitty way to have to live, but it’s something that you’re going to have to get over, you dont have control over your ex wife and her actions. But you do have control over what your daughters can perceive to be right and wrong ways to behave. Lead by example, kids always figure it out.

The introduction thing is likely not to go anywhere. Most judges don't care about "morality clauses" unfortunately.

The shared expenses, on the other hand, might be something you can go after. What does your MSA state about them? In my case, knowing my ex wife was flakey, I had a clause put in that I can deduct unpaid expenses from the next month's CS payment. Only had to threaten that once.

Meh it might be enforceable. Is it worth going to court over. Not unless he is a threat. Mine did the same thing and moved his ass in under the same roof and he is a shit show. I managed to argue less child support. Getting him out? No dice unless there is evidence he is a credible threat. My position of credible threat is different than the courts.

Possible contempt if you want to dig for it with your lawyer. Question is, is it worth going to court over possibly? I wouldn’t give my ex 2 cents. I hope daily that she dies and rots in hell.
