When a girl is interested they make time for you and make things easy for you.

When they are not interested enough they are always busy, and when they are not busy, something unexpected always comes up, that forces them to cancel despite having commited to going out with you. All while still being nice and frinedly over texts, but still cancelling and being "busy".

This girl therefore is not interested. I know it's hard to understand because girls never say it directly and always keep being friendly and responding, leading you on. But "being busy" are not words you will hear from a girl who is genuinely interested.

You also never wanna suggest that you have free time for her, while she keeps telling you that she is busy. You should also sound busy all the time and inviting her to specific things in your busy life that you will do with or without her.

When a guy has time and the girl is busy, the girl is the catch and you the chaser, and that's never a good frame to have with women. It should be the opposite when she is truly interested in you and most guys don't know this because they never had a girl being genuinely intersted in them.

She seems maybe? to making you less of a priority, for whatever reason good or bad. Roll with it and ask a different woman out.

There might be interest but for whatever reason she is being flaky. I'd keep it open but move on. You made your intentions clear and she hasnt made it much of a priorty. Unless you think you could pull soon I wouldnt bother too much. Im guessing you dont want to make this girl a GF at this point because if she is flaky for date number 1, why would you want her to be a GF? Plus you just got out of a relationship and likely want to be single for a bit.

You might need to understand and accept that nowadays dating is like this where even if you get a girls number, alot of times it means very little or nothing at all. I have female friends who said they wanted to date more and whenever they got a number theyd agree to a date and then get flaky at the last minute (like day before). For whatever reason she decided against it. Very little to do with you.

I see you have two options:

Don't respond and accept ball is in her court. You have made it clear multiple times you are down to meetup. She cancelled and you told her to add you on IG if she would like to reschedule. She added you so that means she will let you know. Again If she responded and I had the time I'd go but I wouldnt go hoping this becomes anything more than a good time. But in the meantime I'd try to get dates with other girls.
If you are going to respond, then don't ask her out again. Just send an IG DM and say something like "hey glad you followed. Im usually free Sunday-Thursday so if your still interested feel free to DM me here.". And leave it at that. It's similar to first one. Don't waster time and emotional energy on a girl this flaky. She might be interested but she is not that interested.

I’d friendly pull back. She has your insta and number. Post cool shit that you are doing and maybe she will reach out in the future. Overextending at this point will gain you nothing.

Give it up! No woman (or person in general) is too busy if she’s really interested in a guy. You make the time if you want to, even if it’s a 45 minute date. Don’t text her anymore and move on. If she really wants to go out with you, she’ll make a move.
