Honestly, I hate clubs, the biggest impediment for me in clubs it’s not being able to talk due to the loud music.

I already frequent a club where I know the bartenders, and have access to the VIP area. But damn I wish I was still young enough for house parties.

In any club, trying to start a conversation with anyone is super awkward.

I always end up, either

a) Spending time on the “least loud” area, where I can be heard, but drastically limit my options to the few girls there, which I hate.

b) Cold approach a lot, be direct, get rejected A LOT, and then after several attempts, find one who’s interested.

This I also hate, because it forces the women to decide if they like you immediately, and all she has to judge by in that instant are your looks, you can’t charm her with charisma and comedy, which again diminishes my chances.

Every single advice I’ve been given has failed:

Make eye contact then approach: doesn’t work, girls never bother making eye contact, super passive method.
Look like you’re having a good time, girls will be drawn to your energy: doesn’t work either, everyone just stays at their table all night. Where I live it’s not common to talk to strangers.
Ask the girls to dance with you: creepy, since almost every club puts dirty music designed to grind, most girls don’t appreciate a random stranger to grind on them.

I’m still waiting to hear an advice that actually works.

It works if you got it like that. I recommend working on social skills up to smoothly network and you'd get access to the tables by befriending other guys and splitting the costs. (Not directed at you OP, just speaking in general.) Depending on where it is, the cost of the tables can end up being worth it compared to buying separate drinks at the bar. Women come into the tables for the drinks and it's a lot easier to chat with them in a sectioned off area than on the busy dancefloor.

In my country you can be easily scammed so nightclubs are a no go

What are your thoughts on Atmosphere Girls (Girls that are paid through gifts or money to attend to make the club look more lively)? How prevalent is it in the night club scene? I would say that alone is a scam if most of the attractive girls in a venue are not approachable, giving you the illusion that you can run volume.

Some of my friends used to do it in the past, but it never really appealed to me. You're opening yourself up to being exploited in many cases.
