1. The biggest thing I've noticed is that 90% of couples are looks matched. 5's with 5's, 9's with 9's and 3's with 3's. It's pretty rare to see a hot girl with and ugly dude. Actually don't think I've seen that yet. On the other hand, I've seen some handsome dudes with average looking girls. More on that in a bit

  2. 95% of couples the man is taller than the woman or they are the same height. There's a few tall chick's, they either have tall boyfriends or they are single from what I can tell.

  3. Perhaps because this is a upper middle class building ($4500 rent) the population tends to skew above average in looks. Lots more 7's than there are 3's.

  4. Almost all of the men who have above average girls are NOT FAT. I emphasize not fat because this really needs to be understood. Most if not all I've seen are in shape. Not athletic, not ripped not shredded just in shape and not fat. I can't stress this enough. You don't have to be Liam Hemsworth to have a good looking girl. You just can't be out of shape.

  5. The few attractive guys I suppose would be thought of as "Chads" Less than 5. All of them had girls I thought were at least average, which was kinda surprising. They were the outliers in the looks matched couples.
