That's strange that you read Models and it didn't help you become more "yourself". The premise of the book is getting rid of pickup models and being your true authentic real self. Re-read Models and really try to understand the principles it lays out, detox off all other pickup content and focus on what models teaches. I believe the reason Models is so popular is because all us guys want to attract women authentically, we don't want to put on a facade of game and be phonies just to get laid because it's empty, it pleases the flesh but kills the spirit and that's no bueno. I hope you find good answers on your journey and when you do share them, your experiences can help others.

I totally relate. It feels like experiencing the “fight club” movie minus the actual fights. Where 2 characters fight against each other and they are just… you. After a while you got that feeling, that hollow feeling inside. I remember I read an article how spies with multiple fake identities need to be debriefed and go thru therapy sessions so they won’t have a mental crisis. But who’s gonna debrief us? LoL.

I’d say if you done it long enough maybe it’s time to settle. Nobody wants to be Will Ferrel character in Wedding Crasher movie, middle aged guy living with his mom but still hitting on women even at funerals. At least not me.

People tend to want what they don’t have. Before the journey you had a boring life, you wanted to experience a fun, interesting life and be “that guy”. Now If you have a chaotic and adventurous life, maybe it’s time to have a boring life (read: stability). Especially when sex is no longer a challenge. I know that feeling. The game is at times more challenging than the sex itself. Just like gambling addiction or wealth hoarding, to the point it’s no longer about the money, it’s just adrenaline craving.

So the books you’ve read, the coaches and successes you have received is your past guiding you in the present, which allows you to pick up with ease.

Now the next step: the future. For most men, getting a woman into bed is the goal. They have no other plans after that fact. Because getting them was the goal. What they don’t realize is that when you ride off towards the sunset and the credits start rolling up, that’s when the real work begins. You have to evolve the fire of passionate love that’s like a forest fire into companionate love, like the heat of the kitchen fire.

I'll admit that I had a hard time typing out an answer for this because it's been a long time since I've had to worry about not being my "authentic self". I've already retyped this a few times.

The real answer for me is that I just don't mess with women I'm not compatible with. In the beginning of the seduction journey, we're so anxious to get ANY WOMAN to like us that we act like someone we're not. I tried to change myself to make myself more desirable. As I got better at seduction, that wasn't the case anymore. I do well enough with women that I have the luxury of choosing not to date or sleep with women that I know I won't enjoy dating.

We also don't know what we want in a woman when we first start seduction. We think we do, but when what we think we want meets reality, we often find that what we thought we wanted just isn't true. I thought I wanted a super baddie that made good arm candy. I didn't even think of their personality, sex drive, or values. As time went on I discovered what values I want in a relationship didn't coincide with what I thought I wanted. It's why I tell people that I'd rather be with a six whose personality matches my energy than a ten that's incredibly boring or high maintenance.

So my advice for you is to keep putting in work until you learn what values you want in a relationship and find someone that meets those values.

That depression or anger could be something different,could be come from unproccesed subconcius anger from past.

If morality hits you, just stop and forget about seduction, be real, be authentic, find a girl the traditional way, which means a mutual friend introduces each other. Seduction and PUA stuff is not for you.

Having "game" it means using all kinds of routines/jokes/scripts until you get into a woman's pants, if you want to do that without pretending to be someone else, I wish you good luck!
