I have almost decided to divorce my wife. She already knows... the reason?! I lost my self living with her... crazy woman! Facts:we have a kid, living in nyc and we rent a home! We dont own a home! She makes moreee money than me, has a lot more than me in her bank account due to my sacrifice to be a stay at home dad for 2 years to raise the apple of my eye! I know is no good to leave the house but what if it is impossible to stay in the same home and we agree( i have my doubts) for an agreement of 50/50 for the kid and i dont want her money at all... can i move and rent somewhere and still see my kid whenever i want! Are lawyers very expensive?! Is a separation agreement a good step or start with the divorce?!
