How do those posts get 100s of thousands of likes? How do thousands of women agreeing to that? Why barely do I see women calling out other women for being sexist, homophobic, or assholes in general? Are they a hivemind?

How do those posts get 100s of thousands of likes? How do thousands of women agreeing to something like that? Why barely do I see women calling out other women for being sexist, homophobic, or assholes in general? Are they a hivemind?

This is something I've always think whenever I see a post coming up as misogynistic, wether it's on reddit, twitter or any social media. It never gonna works.

Your misogynistic post is never gonna work. because there will always intelligent internet users ready to make up an rational argument and contradicting your post , or even calling it out as what it is.

Even on the most misogynistic websites like 4chan org or even its subreddits (r/ 4chan) where I'm sure 90% of the user base are male, anytime I see a misogynistic thread there there WILL always be a replies contradicting what the OP said, making rational reasons against it, or just even straight out calling the poster an incel. which I'm sure by other men. and it's so much for such sites

Yet it's not the same for the opposites. whenever I see a straight up misandry and dehumanising male post by women on more surface social media like X tiktok or Instagram it always have a thousands of like, and rarely do I see other women calling it out, even if some do it's always the gender/the target that they are against on, even then they're gonna get shitton of critics. I also notice that a woman can hate on something and might try to get the other women on the hate bandwagon and unfortunately it works a lot of the time. it seems like any opinion is valid as long as the majority of the holders are their own tribe.

why is this? A phenomenon? A female nature by itself? Hivemind?
