I am 44, divorced after 9 years, and been on the scene for over a year. I don’t know what kind of women you are going for but the approach varies depending on age and where you meet them. Can we get some more context? It completely depends on what you said before they accused you, how they teased you, what is the setting, how are you escalating, and so on and so forth. This doesn't usually happen out of the blue in normal dating situations. So you're probably leaving out some crucial bits of info here
