If the next time she said “you’d be better off without me” I said “ok. Let’s go talk to a lawyer”? …. I know I wouldn’t do it, I’m not that strong. I’m not sure I’m strong enough to ever file. I’m still reeling from a conversation about two weeks ago that made me wonder if we should divorce. (Stupid feels).

She’s been talking about it for most of the last 20 years, sometimes in jest; sometimes in theory on what we would do as we have seen friends divorce; and sometimes seriously.

Hopefully this gives someone a laugh, even if it’s a “you stupid f*ck!”
