I am a student at a big college campus, so there's always tons of gorgeous women walking around.

However, I always freeze up and fail to cold approach when a girl is walking and not stationary. A majority of the time I only have like a 5 second window of opportunity to approach from the front as she walks towards me or from behind if I catch up to her.

For example, today I was walking and saw this girl walking towards me, and she was my dream woman. Absolute 10. However I was frozen and my mind went blank because I started overthinking about my fears and what to say. 5 seconds later, she passed by me and I missed my shot.

My internal fears were this: - She will just brush me off and keep walking - She will laugh at me - She will not say a word and look at me with disgust - Cold approaching feels forceful and salesman-like, and she will think I'm desperate or crazy for doing that to her - She looks like she's in a rush

How can I overcome this? Is it really just jumping into the water and forcing myself to feel uncomfortable again and again?
