Hi all,

I took my ex to court and the case was sorted in the first sitting so that's done.

I've been out of the house for three years but still paying the bills and mortgage and need to get finances sorted but she's so unrealistic on what she wants (everything) that I'm not sure how we can avoid court.

The last trip there was expensive and I'm saving up for the next fight but does anyone have any advice on how to get this done without going to court again?
