Wife filed, hasn’t told me, haven’t been served, and see there is a temp orders hearing set..what do I do?

I wouldn’t go to the court to get a copy of the summons. You can probably get it online. In the meantime go hire an attorney to be prepared. If she tries to serve you right before the temp order hearing you can ask for a continuance saying you just got served and have not had time to prepare. Buys you more time.

You really want to get 50/50 or more set at the temp orders hearing because that is usually how the final orders end up. Bring evidence of you being more of the caretaker. If you don’t pose a threat to anyone then I don’t see why the judge would kick you out of the home. Just be careful of false domestic violence accusations. Don’t be confrontational or try to start arguments with the stbx.

They are trying to set you up. Be very careful. Record everything. You have enemies in your own house.

As of today she still hasn’t told me. She stated that she has been reaching out to a couple attorneys and the holidays have caused delays lol. Should I believe anything that comes out of her mouth?

Sounds like 99% divorces involving kids, all saber rattling and threats and mind games. Keep doing what you're doing don't argue with her and record record record. Don't be intimidated by her games, and lawyer games.

Remember if they have no dirt on you, and I mean dirt like police reports DCF CPS stuff, it'll be 50/50 don't be scared, what you need to do is make it clear to her you will see this all the way through until the end of a trial.

Family court is mostly playing very expensive extreme chicken at the DMV.

Also, as of this morning she states she has been talking by to lawyers but everything has been delayed until after the holidays. Complete liar. Didn’t tell me anything about filing or the orders. I’ll be going to the courthouse first thing Monday morning to get a copy of the filing and orders since I still haven’t been served. She is trying to delay telling me for some reason.
