In TX, SBTX filed for temp orders for her to be primary custodial parent, no geographic location, me to pay child support, health insurance, life insurance policy, exclusive use of the house

I want 50/50 legal and physical custody, she does not. Texas judge will not due 50/50 custody unless we both agree on it. Can’t afford the rent on this our house alone so would have to get my own place at some point. Wife makes 4x the money I do. Kids 2 and 5. I feel I have been the primary caretake.

Any advice? Don’t want tho to even get to a hearing but here we are and it’s this week.
