Ok guys so I want your opinion on this.

I matched with this girl online and both of us were visiting the city where we matched. So it was kinda clear that we are both looking for casual sex.

I scheduled the first date where we went out for dinner (nothing fancy). I am in general pretty good with conversation and can talk to almost anyone for hours - if they show some interest. So I prefer places where I can talk. I do struggle a bit with escalation and have been learning from here. Anyways I kept it playful, escalated a little bit. All went well, we kissed during the date a little bit. Then we kissed again at the end. I didn’t want to close the first date with sex because I knew I’ll see her again so I wanted her to wait a little bit. So after the kiss I told her I have an early day tomorrow and need to leave. But we decided to meet again before we leave.

We set up a second date. Now the physical barrier was already gone, it was much easier to escalate and the conversation I can keep up. So the second date also went great she was leaning on me and even kissed my neck a couple of times while we were waiting for our table in the restaurant. During dinner, I joked about how men only want sex and they are easy to predict and she was laughing on it too. After dinner we go out of the restaurant and I wanted to smoke a cigarette, she comes with me plays with me on that too. Trying to take it away, smoke it. So I have all the signs and I think its time to close now.

I didn’t want her to come back to my hotel because I didn’t want to deal with the logistics of whether she’s gonna leave at night or not - I had morning plans already and just didn’t want to deal with a girl in my room. So I asked her are you a good cuddler and she blushed and told me yes. So I told her that in this cold we should go back and cuddle and watch a movie. Maybe do some naughty things. Till here she was all blushing and red and couldn’t even keep eye contact.

Here’s the twist - when I asked her is it possible to do it at your place because at mine I don’t have a TV in the room (shitty excuse haha but I couldn’t think of anything quick). She said yeah but I also don’t have a TV. So I told her no worries we don’t need the movie really and she got all tensed up. She said idk if the hotel will allow a guy coming with me or how another person staying in my room works (for context we are in Europe - I don’t think it would’ve been an issue). I told her if she’s not sure about it, we don’t have to do it, I still had a great time. And she said no I want to give it a shot. So we go to her hotel and all the way she is a bit tense. I can sense it that she’s overthinking about something. When we get to the hotel, obviously no one even bats an eye and we take the elevator and go up to the room. In the elevator she tells me btw I do have a TV in my room, I was just checking your intentions. I joke about it that my intentions are on the same level of nice/naughty as hers. Anyways we go to the room and obviously didn’t watch any movies. So all went well in the end.

I just want to improve my game and understand this situation better. What do you guys think tensed her up and how could I have handled this situation differently? How do you invite yourself over to the girl’s place? Any other tips/ways I could have done it?

I understand maybe she was expecting to be invited over to mine. How could I have softly brought that up before asking her outright about going to her place?
