I've dated accountants, lawyers, and medical professionals just starting their careers (they usually have less workload later in their careers).

The only reason someone might be too busy for you is if they have you lower in their priorities.

So if your motivation is actually to become a better seducer like you say and not just because you're fixated on a particular girl, then you gotta work on making your first impression (as in everything that happens from when you meet to when you exchange contacts) as impactful as possible and identifying women who are already interested.

Never lose sight of the fact that no matter how much they have to do for their job, they're still human and still desire intimacy.

The only other adjustment I'd make for someone with a high workload is try to pull them on the first date or try to pull them without going on a date.

The medical professionals I've been with for example, are already sacrificing their health just at work. Going on dates would be extra.

A date is not a requirement for intimacy, not even for a serious relationship. All that you need is for someone to be comfortable enough with you, attracted enough to you, and aroused enough by you. For a relationship you'd just need to add in some more comfort.

A date is just like a prop. It might help things along a little but it's not really needed.

So to pull faster you'd also need to improve your escalation skills.

My suspicion is that this is just one person you're thinking about though. And if that's the case, give it up. Even now that you know what you need to work on, odds are, you won't get your Game good enough in time to successfully seduce that person, because this is a skill that requires practice.

And one or two interactions with other girls won't be enough, because that'll just be like riding a bike for the first and second time. No way anyone is getting good at anything with that little practice.

This will only work if your intention is to get good at seducing busy people in general.

And that's the essence of seduction.

It's not impossible, you would just have to approach them like you would a Lonely Leader.

Part of being a seducer is to use one's brain. Seducer have to be smart and think quick on the feet because dating can be unpredictable and one can't simply have a script for every twist and turn; thus, one will need to sharpen their wits instead of spinning the wheel slowly wondering what to say or do next when they are put on the spot (very uncharismatic which shows self-doubt and lack of experience).
