Gents, in less than five months my divorce will be finalized. Have to wait 12 months because we have a minor child. Other two are over 18.

Is there anything you wish you did differently with the divorce decree? Things you wish you'd added?

Our separation agreement spells out everything from custody, alimony, and equity in the home.

Only thing that has not been followed in the separation custody agreement. My son is supposed to be with the ex every other week but she is unable to do that due to her job. This is perfectly fine with me. He's only spent the night at her place twice in the past 7 months.

Everything has been smooth sailing so far. We communicate about kids school, dentist, doctor appointments.

Just don't want to be blindsided with anything. Only thing I want in writing is alimony ending if she gets married.
