You probably need to become more social. Perhaps some meetup groups? Happy hour groups are great for this.

Make some female friends. Don't worry if they are ugly. Heck, bang some ugly ones to get it out of your system if you want. Just don't settle too much or you'll start thinking that's all you can get.

Above all, be patient with yourself. Make little steps. Realize you are going to fuck-up alot, and that is normal. Who cares. You are learning.

First, Don't stop lifting due to a knee injury. I wish I had all the time back that I wasted laying off due to injuries. I invariably fall of the wagon and then take months to get back to my previous level. Keep doing what you can do while the knee heals. Upper body, calf raises, stiff leg deadlift, etc....

Work on your social circles. Guys mostly. That will do more for your long term happiness an a random piece of ass.

Don't worry about the balding thing. It happens (to me), so just embrace it.

You're young. Keeping working to improve yourself, expand your social circles, put yourself out there, and the pussy will fall into place for you. Don't sweat it.

Talk to people. Don't expect it to go anywhere. Don't try to make it go anywhere. Don't try to 'open' if you're uncomfortable just making conversation.

I used to be like this because I didn't lose my virginity until I was 20. I found TRP at 19 and started improving myself both looks wise and working harder in school. I agree that its difficult to get women out of your mind when you've never had one. But even after getting laid, you still think about women a lot Maybe more often.

Personally, I think improving my looks helped me the most. Here's a good article for improving your looks as a man. Anyway, I think it really comes down to the way you picture things. If you purposely think about women all the time then you'll experience those feelings again and again. I try my best to keep my mind off of women, but it always drifts back eventually. After you get better with your knee injury, I suggest starting a hobby and developing a skill where women are involved.

People who graduate from engineering and computer studies, don't have much of female contact.
