Not sure why you're getting so much hate in here lol, slultty girls are some of the most fun (just obviously use protection). With that said, we more details, what was the venue, did you change locations, did she have friends around, etc. Too many unknowns to give a definitive answer.

But a few general rules:

It doesn't sound like you did this, but never ask if she's single. Always assume she wants to fuck you, and push through unless it's a clear no.
My go-to if a girl says "I have a boyfriend" is to say "we have so much in common, I have one too" and just basically ignore it.
There are plenty of other erogenous zones other than the lips. For example: grab her ass while you suck on her earlobes, it'll likely get her way more turned on than a kiss on the lips.
If a girl is doing shit like this, she knows she's playing with fire, and it's 100% not your moral responsibility at that point. Have fun with her.
