This is about mediation to agree finances and child support, not counselling (that ship sailed a long time ago, sailed and sunk!)

Does anyone have experience working with child psychologist during mediation to present an independent kids perspective?

I have 3 kids - 13, 10 and 8. We’re going to stay living together for the duration of the divorce, but they are emotionally emeshed with the STBXW. By that I mean they sleep with her and run to her when they don’t want to do something (eg brushing teeth). She wants majority custody and believes her future lifestyle will benefit them.

I’m hoping a child psychologist can help break through that BS and help establish a rational outcome that.

I’d love to hear any experiences!
