Ive got them, a ton of guys do, and no one has ever complained about them. At most a chick once mentioned "whats with these bump things" to which I responded "google f spots sometime, nothing to worry about" and that was the end of it.

Tough call dude. Think of it this way, your gonna have to get it on at some point in your life.. Just sack up and go for it. I'm guessing your biggest concern is that a girl won't believe you that it's not an STD. Get a letter from your doctor. Keep it with you. Be easy-going and non-chalant about it if it comes up and just show her the letter.

if you're really OCD about it, dig the shit out, and quit eating fat that isn't found in whole plant foods.

I've had a few of these spots in/under/on my lip before. It's rather painful (who cares) but the stuff comes out. If you scar it would be a bad idea though (I don't).

Any of this is completely pointless without a diet revamp though, it would simply come back.

I got a skin tag on the base of my shaft a while back, I was worried it was a wart and I went and saw two doctors but both confirmed that it was harmless.
