If she just made a post with that comment then whatever man, just shrug it off. Some girls are so insecure that giving a simple yes / no answer is too much responsibility for them.

Her anxiety makes her worry that if she rejects you, you'll be making a Facebook post about her, so due to her insecurity and anxiety, she'd rather spin the story so that she shines in the light.

Strangely, I've been in a similar situation. My advice is this: Don't block her, but completely drop her. Don't confront her. Don't talk to her. Don't text. Don't call... etc. Don't even talk about her with anyone who might know the both of you. Just pretend like she doesn't even exist. If she texts you? Read the message, but leave it on read. Don't answer. Don't engage. And most importantly, keep living your life and don't get hung up on people (esp. women) like her. Any kind of response will give her some level of validation, which (based on your account) she does not deserve.

They'll always say/do things to make themselves appear more valuable to others around them. I had a girl who worked try to tell me she met Leo DiCaprio and that he didn’t impress her. This same girl works a minimum wage job and doesn’t plan out life past the next month.
