It's always the same story: High value male getting snatched by a mediocre woman.

CEO, billionaire, vampire, popular guy in high school, it doesn't matter, there's always a big difference in SMV value between the woman and the man. It also always involves the male doing displays of dominance and agression, and treating the girl like shit in the beginning but her "changing him" as the story goes by.

There's stories like that for men as well, but they're not nearly as popular, and are usually entertaining for everyone, like "The 40 year old virgin".

How does the best selling book of the decade in the U.S being about a billionaire that beats women for fun doesn't tell anything about women in general?
