Make sure you don't agree and amplify a straight up insult. If a girl says something disrespectful, check her. Don't get angry, just calmly throw it back at her face.

"Do you honestly believe what you just said was a respectful thing to say?"

The trick is to make them feel stupid. Do it anyway you can just don't get angry.

Or if you're dealing with a ghetto bitch tell her to shut the fuck up.

Correct:
"I'll bet you sleep with lots of girls"

"Not only girls, but guys, horses, and pumpkins."

Incorrect:

"I d-don't just date girls...I also suck a lot of dick..."

See? Same idea, bad execution.
