Hey everyone, I've been a lurker and a "saver" here at MR for a few years now. I'm a senior in highschool and in my school we have a lot of specialized English classes, mine being a class about various words. This term's word is Feminism, and the teacher, although a male feminist, is giving the class in a really reasonable way and does note that there are many faults with feminism.

However, as you would expect, the tumblr feminist came out from many girls and it was just horrifying. Terrible things were thrown around such as "there is no such thing as sexism for men" and "girls are the oppressed under class" and other shit.

What I found was that a lot of stuff that I agreed with was definitely more reasonable and true, but the crowd of tumblr girls were inherently the loudest bunch in the class and while everyone else would sit patiently and listen to their arguments, as soon as someone would say something even remotely straying from their agenda they would freak out and start yelling like children.

What I'm asking from you great people is how can I opposes feminism in the class, without being portrayed as a sexist. I want some clear arguments against feminism, for egalitarianism or equalism or men's rights, and how men suffer and feminism is wrong.

This is very important for me, but I'm somewhat disconnected to the different causes here. I want to present the arguments here to the class to give a different perspective on feminism. At the end of the term we will have a feminism day where we will present to various classes in the lecture hall about feminism, good or bad. I want a healthy argument as to why feminism has some valid points, but needs to be replaced with egalitarianism or equalism. Thank you very much for your help!! We can do this!
