RPwomen, I need your advice. My sister seems to be in a very uncertain place and I don't know how to help her. I hope you can.

Yesterday while me and my sister were having dinner at our father's house, one of the few places we can have some realtalk, my sister brought up her relationship.

She's 18, and she's been in a serious relationship with 23 year old guy for over a year now, and everything seemed to be going great. Then she dropped this bomb; "I just feel like, at this stage in my life, he might not be the right guy for me". Since she's pretty RP aware she instinctively knew exactly what she was saying, and broke down in tears, "I just feel like he's not pushing me to be the best self I can be, I could gain 100 pounds and he'd still be with me".

This guy is a real catch, and my sister knows it. His genetics are the shit, he's cocky-funny by nature and he's completely confident with who he is. The problem is, he has no idea about his own SMV, let alone his potential SMV. My sister is scared he never will. It's so bad that my sister feels like he think's she's his only option, and we all know what a turn-off that is.

Right now I think she just doesn't know what to do with herself, she knows that losing this guy would be a huge mistake but I fear she might be overwhelmed by her emotions and do something stupid if the situation doesn't get fixed soon, she's already being way to flirty with one of my gym-buddies and she knows it.

This is where I need your help RPW, I'm a guy, I have no experience in dealing with this shit and all I can do is explain what's going on as best I can to keep her hamster in check. I'm hoping some of you have experience in dealing with these kinds of problems, how do you get your guy to unplug himself and be the best that he can be? How do you make him unlock his potential when he's been raised by a single mother and thinks seducing chicks is manipulation?

I'm hoping you can help me here RPW, please help me save my sisters relationship.
