Making up a therapist for this story was a good touch tho, lends some credibility even tho a therapist saying that people don't change is literally the most transparent bullshit I've ever read.

I dated a guy like this. We hooked up in college and he had never been with anyone since. We then started dating a couple years ago. At first he was saying he didn't want it to be serious because he wanted to eXpErIeNcE oTHeR WoMen. Like bro, it's been a decade and you still haven't done that. By the time he was fully committed to the relationship, he had already convinced me that it was only going to be temporary. My bad for dating someone who wasn't all in, but also men never know what they fucking want. They're brainwashed to think they're supposed to sow their oats but good fucking luck out there.
