If you were in a relationship, you could say something like, "We've grown apart." or "I don't think we're going in the same direction any more." or something like that.

But you're not. She's a plate. When you're done with a plate you just stop setting stuff up with her.

Just fade. Don't initiate texts. Respond to only one in five of hers with one word responses. Be "busy" when she wants to hook up. Be "broke" when she wants to do something.

Get more plates. This is a big issue with guys here. They get 1 plate then get too invested in this one girl. Stop acting like she's your gf. If she isn't giving you what you want go find someone who will.

I don't think you can expect a plate to make that kind of change in her life/body, after all, she's only a plate, you're not offering any sort of commitment for her.

Seems like you already did what you could to see if she's willing to change, but you can't demand it, so drop her, simply move on with life, that's it.

You are getting emotional. You are the man which means you have rules/expectations. If she doesn't want to abide, then kick her ass to the curb. Women whine about things, men fix things.
