This is my first post in this forum after a long time lurking and commenting. So I'm ready for the rotten tomatoes or constructive criticism. Anyways, let's get to the point...

I’m going to show you a method of enhancing your physique that is time efficient, straight forward, and effective. It’s not “Starting Strength” and yes, you will improve your chances of getting laid. Do I have your attention yet? This is actually nothing new in the fitness industry, just a fresh look at the more recent research and an interpretation that leaves us with a very favorable cost to benefit ratio.

Why would a low level commitment and high payoff be important in developing your inner game (developing who you are as a person so that you naturally do well with women)? The answer lies in how you want to spend your time. Do you love lifting weights, want to compete in bodybuilding, don’t mind spending 6+ hours in the gym every week to squeeze every ounce of benefit possible out of your lifting routine? Then this advice isn’t for you.

Perhaps you are looking for something to get pretty good results for a low commitment so you can spend time doing things you enjoy and working on the other aspects of your inner game: •\tSocial value •\tWealth •\tHealth and physique

We will be focusing on that 3rd component of what women find attractive: your health and physique.

What qualifies me to give out this kind of advice? I’m a licensed dietitian and certified personal trainer with 10 years of experience as a professional and more than that if you count time spent in athletics. I’ve competed in men’s natural physique, powerlifting, and wrestling. I own a fitness and nutrition company in Texas and I have a long list of clients and bring in 6 figure income, so I might be doing something right. Yes, I know this is an appeal to authority logic, but I will also back up my claims with research in my resources provided.

I’d like to think that with the progress I’ve made in my personal social life, business endeavors, and fitness that I have something to share. I’ve been on the other side of the fence too. I used to be weakling, broke, jobless, live at home beta male. Not exactly the life I wanted for myself right after college. Things are different now. I’m not tall or classically handsome but I do a lot better with women by focusing on the things I could improve. My game is tight and my life feels right. Intrinsic motivation brought me here and my inner game and attraction improved as a side effect. I hope you will do the same. I’ve been there and that’s why I’m taking a break from work today to pay it back.

Ok, so enough with introductions and let’s get to what the fuck I’m talking about. High intensity training or HIT. Sound familiar. This is not to be confused with high intensity interval training. HIT is a method of weight training that is characterized by working at maximal intensity for a very short duration of time.

HIT is a method of building muscle and improving your physique while only spending about 20 minutes in the gym.

First let me be very clear. This is NOT the BEST way to weight train if you want to squeeze every last ounce of results out of your routine. However, this is one of the best ways to get plenty of benefit out of a very short time in the gym and because of this, your compliance will be better. Shorter workout durations have been positively associated with compliance.

Here’s my overview of HIT. If you are brand new to this concept, I recommend checking it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1XffRqSEJCg&list=UUprHrM2UGgH01z_5xFWp7LA

Here’s a research review going into the science of HIT. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHguxX9m75E&list=UUprHrM2UGgH01z_5xFWp7LA

Here is the protocol. This is where the rubber hits the road and shows you how to perform your sets, reps, and progress through a workout like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4926O16U8s&list=UUprHrM2UGgH01z_5xFWp7LA

If y’all have any questions, concerns, or doubts, please be blunt and to the point. If you want help, I’m happy to comment and try and point you in the right direction or give feedback.
