This was over the phone. She told me her male friend told her to cheat on me. And how she felt really bad and her heart ached when she heard that. A quick check on her tumblr afterwards also shows her liking pictures related to cheating, mostly how it was "the worst thing you can do to your SO" etc. I would've said "you should be ashamed to even tell me this", but she explained her reason for telling me this is because I deserved to know.

I basically responded by saying "okay" and just giving her really short responses over the phone. She qualified herself and all but I still kept it short, mostly because I had nothing to say. she Asked if I was pissed. I said no. She said I sound pissed and I told her firmly I'm not. Until I finally hung up With a "I have work to do".

Question is, why would she even tell me this. I'm understanding that it's from trying to make me jealous (in which case I passed the shit test, I didn't ask about her friend, or the details of why he'd say that, frankly didn't care). Or is it possible that she did indeed cheat on me, and this is her telling me indirectly to make her hamster feel like she did nothing wrong?

Should I have agreed and amplified instead, maybe with like "does he make you cum like I do"?
