Came up shared by a lot of female friends in Facebook. So hard being a woman.

But if this is your marriage then you're doing it wrong. It's not about propagating the weak man image with the competent woman who has to clean up after him, it's that the mental load is the responsibility. You have responsibility for everything, including the housework. By shirking this it means that she has to pick up the slack and that isbt good for either of you. By all means delegate, but realise that ultimately the buck stops with you and if the house is a mess then it is your fault. If it takes two hours to clean a table that is poor management and it is two hours that your wife is doing something she doesn't enjoy, that you have let happen and she isn't spending two hours thinking about how awesome you are and how to make your life better.

Take responsibility, make your household what you want it to be but dine get sucked in to the detail. If it's her turn to empty the dishwasher and she doesn't do it, then it's still her turn and she needs to finish the job. If it's always her turn then you're being a lazy man boy.
