Having experiences some aspects of this myself, the best advice is "Make hay while the sun shines". She's got a diagnosis which is better than most, and now it's up to her to illustrate the importance of the matter to her Dr. Even then, it may take months and months to get back in balance. In the mean time, take advantage of that prime week.

This reminds me of another story I heard where a husband was upset by his wife's low libido due to antidepressants. Got her to convince the Dr. to add Wellbutrin to her prescriptions. Yeah, she got her libido back, alright. Just ask the pastor, choir director, youth minister and every other guy at church. Let's just say she's not on it anymore, and they are going to another church. In another town.

Has it really been "my wife and I" or has it just been "I"? What has SHE done to fight this? What has SHE done to make it better? Does SHE really care to make it better or does she just float along for that "good" week and then not care much about the others?

The boilerplate response would be if you are not worth fucking, she won't do it. If YOU are worth the effort, then SHE would find a way of making it happen on her own.

Correcting low T is not that hard although some experimentation may be necessary. But even if the low T were to get fixed, I suspect things would not magically be better. I think the problem still lies with you, you are not the prize she feels is worth the effort. And if SHE refuses to do anything about it, then that should answer your question right there.

Your approach is shit.

A grown up person, presumably capable of making her own decisions and taking action to improve her sex life and health overall, has been given a diagnosis for her problem. End of talking about her. We presume women are not victims and actually have agency.

That said, if you read the sidebar, you will learn that women have tendencies that affect your sexual strategy and pathway into her pants. You need to focus on training your body and mind to become attractive and avoid being unattractive. A woman motivated to keep you, because you are the prize, will take steps herself to improve her sexuality and physical response to the man she craves.

Your oneitis is showing, you have zero abundance mentality, and you can't see yourself in a happy life with a different woman. Improving in the way those of us here describe, involves understanding that we save men, not marriages.

If you're afraid of being judged for wanting more sex than your "broken" wife can provide, that won't happen here.

Besides, what would you expect any woman to do if your health took a turn and ED affected your sexual performance or injury affected your earning capability?

From what I read T has somewhat of the same effects on female libido as a mans' to a degree, but the mental aspect of intimacy seems to be a bigger part of her cycle.

Any of the knowledge base talked about in here during her pre and post ovulatory cycle where she wants the Alpha just before and during and coomfort post cycle seems to validate this. Her high is high but her low is really low and without the mental stimulation needed to overcome the lack of desire she stays stuck in the rut. It may just be you're failing to kickstart the tingles post cycle....

Some draw this conclusion simply by the way a female will mate guard you once your SMV is high enough where the possibility of losing you triggers the response in them.

Where they failed to get wet for you before, suddenly they're gushing or fuck them after a girls night out(if she only flirted with Chad instead of fucking him), she'll be wetter than normal just by her interactions with a high SMV male. Then again, If your value is really low she may not fuck you at all post girls night out because she will be repulsed by you when thinking about chad......

Seems like there are two different issues here: her medical issue and how she is approaching it.

About the medical issue, assuming I'm reading this right and she went to a medical professional, did some tests, and got an official diagnosis of some specific issue, then generally it's going to involve that (or another) medical professional in fixing the issue. I mean, if she had a broken leg, it'd be pretty obvious what to do. Treat this the same way. Also, I've found it frequently necessary with medical issues to also use Dr. Google to educate myself about whatever issue, because doctors are human after all.

As far as her approach, that's a matter of leading your crew. Again, if she had a broken leg, and the doctor was useless in fixing it, you'd find another doctor. Same thing here.

A thought about your wife's feelz: point out to her the comparison to a broken leg, and also point out that going to get a second opinion doesn't mean her gyno is a bad person or anything. People sometimes have a hard time separating their feelings about their doctor as a person from their feelings about their doctor as a doctor, if you know what I mean.

I don't agree that "low libido" is usually a result of low blood serum levels of testosterone in a woman, or hormonal imbalance, or other organic/biochemical causes. I think that almost all the time a woman's "low libido" is because she isn't attracted to, and doesn't want to fuck, the man she's with.

Ask yourself, if someone offered her a high six figure job with lots of perks, expense account, etc etc.. Her dream job let's say, on the condition that she get fit, down to a size 4, get a boob job, and wear fashionable clothes and high heels every day. Could she do it? Would she do it? If the answer is yes, then she doesn't need your help or guidance to clean up her act. If the answer is no, then no help you provide will make a difference.

I know fix for this, but not a solution. Find an anti aging Doctor and have him install a single Testosterone pellet in her butt. Just one will do it and she will be good to go for about four months with no daily maintenance. Pay cash to avoid all the headaches of insurance and ignorant doctors.

My wife and I both have this. I am on TRT and it is amazing. Problem is my wife will not do it so there you go. Athol states you cannot MAP medical and finds endocrine problems common.

However, I am Mapping daily and working through BPP dread stages. I am at the soft ultimatum stage and will insist on a visit to Dr. FeelFantastic now.

So, to answer your questions, this is not bullshit at all and you will continue to have problems giving her tingles. Bro, it is a medical problem and will take a medical solution.

Find her a new gyno (or an endocrinologist or Psychiatrist who works with low T/low libido. Make the appointment. Go to the appointment with your wife. Schedule an exercise class with your wife. Take her to it. That is leadership.
