A little bit of back story:

My husband (26) and I (25) have been married for just over a year, after a 5 year long term relationship. I've only just discovered TRP and RPW but after spending some time here, I know I am a red pill woman.

I always thought I was a bit different from the women that I used to be friends with because they were all sluts who treated their men like dirt; I was the virgin of the group who refused to take part in this disgusting behaviour and wasn't ashamed of it.

I classify my husband as a mix of beta/delta in our relationship because although he mostly exhibits beta traits, he constantly does the delta thing of asking me if I still love him, if I still find him attractive, that I won't leave him for anyone else or find anyone else more interesting. Also because I am more attractive than him with a higher SMV and although I do remember being extremely attracted to him, this has somewhat wavered due to the constant questioning / paranoia.

I have a full-time job, I spend more time out of the house than my husband does due to my work commute but I take care of all the food and chores like a good housewife.

Now, we're not a dead bedroom, we have sex once or twice a week but it almost feels like duty sex because there's nearly no passion there until we get down to it. He's great in bed but he doesn't take control like I wish he would (not aggressive etc) which means I only get in the mood for it once we've already started.

I know I'm not perfect and I'm really trying my best but I understand now why I don't yearn for sex in the way that I want to and it's because he doesn't really exhibit the alpha traits that I'm looking for. Externally, he is alpha in that he lifts, has a good physique, has a good job, rides a motorcycle and takes no crap from anybody.

I guess what I'm asking is, how can I make my husband more alpha when it comes to our marriage? I'm worried that if I just sent him a bunch of stuff to read or told him specifically that he's a beta/delta, that he'd take offence to it and we wouldn't get anywhere.
