How do you guys keep an abudance/abundance mentality without actually cheating?

Keyword is "mentality."

You don't need a full DM inbox, a phone full of numbers, or a constantly wet dick. You just need to know that at anytime, you can go anywhere and approach a woman.

Perhaps your SMV is not as high as you think it is?

If you do not have women OVERTLY flirting with you, touching you when the can, eye fucking you, playing with their hair and straight up showing IOI's - then you need higher SMV or better game or something else your not telling us.

Me? I get all those things. It provides all the abundance I need, and all the dread my wife can take.

I do a couple of things that help.

First, if I am anywhere without wife, and see an attractive woman, I approach and start a conversation with her. Nothing sexual or anything, maybe just a bit flirty. I try to steer the conversation to where it is her doing all of the talking, and me just chiming in occasionally.

Second, while at the gym, I always try to work out in front of the hottest girl there, but just for a short period of time. Like during a set of curls, I will stand in front of a hottie and turn my back to her and do the set. I imagine she is intently watching me pump my guns, like licking her lips. And even if she is not, this is a great way to dig deep for an extra few reps. You will be surprised how many more reps you can do if you think a hottie is watching.

Third, I have this game I play while cycling (my summer hobby.) I bike in heavily populated areas, and usually there are a bunch of people out walking/biking/running. I've lifted since I was 15, so I have some very well developed pecs, arms and shoulders, so naturally I bike in tank-tops. Sun's out, gun's out and I play the check-out game. While biking, every time a woman checks me out, I score my self a point. If she's old or a heifer, then its 0 or 0.5points, If she's average, that's a point. Average one does a double take/eyefucking, then that's 1.5-3points. Hotties are 2points and so on. Only other rule is, you cannot say anything to them or announce yourself, that's cheating, you can only speak when spoken too. They just have to notice you, and you can eye them down to see if you can score a double take. So instead of a 15mile bike ride, I will score 7points on a 15mile ride. Makes those miles much more enjoyable. Plus its really fun to judge and score them.

Abundance mentality should reflect the entirety of your life, not just your abundance of women. If you have a scarcity mentality about finances, but an abundance of women, you're still going to be pretty stressed and miserable and it will show in your relationships. For all the non-women areas, I wrote this post on RPC.

As for abundance mentality with women, a catch-and-release policy can work wonders. If you can get a number close and then just not follow-up, your psyche will get huge shocks of "I'm awesome" because you'll know you could easily start adding plates if you wanted to.

Personally, I'm satisfied with IOIs. I got some numbers in the past, and still do on occasion. I've had two different girls give me their number on my receipt at the drive-through in the last 4 months - and I wasn't even trying to game them.

In reality, I just focus on striking up conversations with hot girls. Back in the day the thought of talking to the "hot girl" was terrifying. Now I know that I can hold onto a conversation with one indefinitely - and keep her smiling and laughing the whole way through. I don't ask for the number. I just be awesome. If she tries to touch me, that's more than enough to show me where the conversation would head, so I'm cool cutting things off and leaving. Find your line and what you're comfortable with and hold firm to your boundaries.

Well the first thing is you talk to other women. You hold eye contact with them, and you stop walking around in the world with your mind thinking “i’ll never engage another woman in this life other than my wife”. Essentially, game them as far as you feel comfortable. This may mean a number close. You can throw that number in the garbage if you don’t plan on closing any further.

The next thing you do is obtain 12% body fat with lean muscle mass. The sidebar will help you out, but the Coles notes are IMO Keto and 5x5 StrongLifts.

With the 12% body fat and 5x5 going on in your life for 6 months continuous, if you don’t have women placing their hands on your arms or on your chest or waste withought your invitation, I’ll say well fuck me that’s interesting.

Because my experience is, you’ll be in a public place, and a woman walks by to say hi, and will grab your arm but when doing so will really feel it with a squeeze.

Or perhaps you are (or will be) in line and they are trying to get by in a tight space, and they will put their hands starting at your ribs and slight them down to your waist to feel the transition to your midsection.

It’s called feeling the meat. It’s completely acceptable in all situations and I believe all women do it to one extent or another.

So if that doesn’t give you abundance mentality or whatever, fuck man maybe you do need to fuck other gals. Just go do it.
