For those who don't know, I am married with kids but have severe oneitis for a coworker in an LTR who is attracted but won't stray.

I have finally come to the conclusion that the ONLY way I am going to get over this is to go completely no contact. For how long, I don't know - but I have just booked a week off work so that's a start. When I go back to work my plan is to get into work before her and leave after her, thus cutting out all contact as I know for a fact that when I've done this before half-heartedly, it hasn't worked - she is all flirty again and I get sucked back in every time.

At the moment my mindset is still "maybe going no contact will reignite her attraction and I'll eventually get her.

I realise that this is completely the WRONG mindset and kinda defeats the point of going no contact.

The RIGHT mindset is to not care about this girl anymore, but believe me this oneitis is very severe and I am not at that stage yet.

So I'm expecting to have a tough week, and any advice people can offer on how to sail through this would be much appreciated.

I also want to warn guys on here NEVER to develop feelings for a coworker, in my case it was spending too much time together and getting very positive signals.
